Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Only baby clothing purchased directly from nazgallery.xyz or our official social media pages are eligible for return.

Products damaged due to customer misuse

Return Process

Contact us via phone, email, or Facebook page within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for return.

Once approved, send the product back to our address.

After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

Payment will be refunded through the same method used during purchase (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, Card, etc.).

Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or color, we can arrange an exchange (subject to availability).

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was defective or incorrect.
